This building was originally designed a new York styled ghetto sim but will work perfectly in any similar scenario. city. industrial, grunge, urban, etc

giving realistic feel to your urban setting with its worn graffiti covered look making it perfect for a prop background for photographers after that super grungy dark look.

WHAT IS A MK2 FILLER??????
Following up on the previous fillers currently available I wanted to give something new and a little bit different.
what limitations did the original fillers have? in my eyes they were too static. whilst you can stretch them around to your hearts content. you cannot do much more. so I've gone back to the drawing board and created what I view of as an advancement upon the original designs.

so what remains from the originals?
-Copy/Mod permissions
-Full 360 degree usage
-Detailed and low versions

What's new?
- 2 new features have been added to give builders much more flexibility.
- 4 Detailed upper floors that can be stacked as high as you want to create much taller buildings
- 1 LOW upper floor this has a tileable set of textures that means you can stretch this model upto 64 metres to have a much taller building
- Mix and match between available components to cater for your needs
- Increased texture quality.

Why are the examples all 4 storeys tall?
- in order to create a multi storey building that doesn't look repetitive I chose to implement a 4 storey system to break up the monotony of any tileable effect.
- each floor is 4.5 metres tall to allow for better manual input to stack up the detailed components or better track your placements.

How is MK2 different?
Its an extra set of options that come with more enhancements than limitations.
the only limitations being.
-Slightly increased Land impact
-Stretching requires multiple segments to be stretched rather than 1 like the old builds.
- Cannot go less than 1 storey in height (ground floor and 1 upper floor)

All designs are created with the builder and sim prim count/land impact in mind. using all custom made textures to add a higher level of detail in order to save on land impact. all mesh designs are rigorously tested to optimise them for maximum sim usage. this makes all of our designs perfectly tailored for all of your sim needs.
