If you want a store for retail purposes or apartments for living space you can choose from the options provided to have either or both as well as utilizing the new MK2 designs you can make this building as tall as you wish and have as many floors as you want if you want them!

now factoring in the need of retail sims and RP moreso with optional choices and prefabs provided.
The store can work perfectly on an rp sim with use of the provided floating walls and improved PSD templates. you can make the store look exactly how you want it to!

and the upper floors can be used for rentals or regular living space, again with the floating walls provided and PSD templates in this pack you can decorate however you see fit.

All designs are created with the builder and sim prim count/land impact in mind, using all custom made textures to add a higher level of detail in order to save on land impact.
