Absolutely love this Pier
If you're worried about the prim count, then don't. This item gives you the ability to edit and unlink items you don't want. I removed the bean bags the archways, balloons and other various items and knocked off over 30 prims. Everything is highly detailed and the player piano is incredible.You can't go wrong with this pier.

This is a useful set to have. It is great for entertaining friends or a small gathering. It is a romantic leaving room for customization. It's a perfect size and the furniture even has good animations.

My boyfriend had this setup for me as one of the stops on a date that he planned for me. There is so much that you can do with it. The animations are great and realistic. The table rezzes food. You can climb onto the table toward your date. You can sit on their lap while at the table. The couch has great cuddles. Everything is beautifully decorated. There's nothing bad that I can say about this, it's perfect. <3

I love this, it was exactly what I was looking for for my place! The details and texturing are perfect and the animations are good. I like that it's mod too so I was able to pick up some items I didn't need : )

I purchased this to put out on my partner's sim to surprise him for Valentine's Day... it's absolutely beautiful...so detailed and creates the perfect romantic atmosphere. Very well done! Such a great value for the price... make sure you have prims available...but you can pick up what you don't need! Make more stuff like this!! Fabulous!!
