Not impressed... I would have given a -5 stars if I could have...
I bought this tree and once I had it unpacked and placed it where I wanted it I attempted to select to make my tree look like the tree in the photo however all I seen was branches no foliage no lights no flowering blooms nothing... I sent an IM then a notecard to the creator for Customer service and I NEVER heard from them so I blew 199L for pretty much NOTHING. It would be nice if creators actually communicated with their patrons verses rudely ignoring them. I don't ignore anyone who purchases items from me, if there is an issue I try my best to resolve it and make it right with my patrons because I ant happy customers not pissed off ones who leave reviews like I am leaving because I couldn't take a moment of my precious time to help them with my products. This kind of service urks me and also keeps floating in the back of my mind so when I come across items from this creator in the future I bypass them and will not spend my money with them in the future. Buyer beware this creator doesn't respond to support notecards and IM's!!
Superior Customer Service!
I made a mistake when rezzing this and as a result I got completely confused. This was all my fault... But when I contacted Marcelo, he and his partner were both very helpful and very kind. It's a beautiful little tree with bench and it looks adorable behind my home!
