With focus on visual details, handling and lowimpact scripting MLCC is proud to present the OCEANIC.
This fully working boat is packed with detail work, and there's no standard building parts used - everything is custom made. You'll find it easy to sail, using the custommade Bwind-like system - you can focus on adjusting the mainsail to the wind and everything else is just about enjoying the ride.
A unique pose system was written for this boat, it allows you to remain sitting while sailing - but still be able to change to any pose of the ship. This goes for every passenger it carries, and we've sailed it with 17 passengers at once. The benefit of the system is of course that you often find yourself sailing in water where you don't have rez rights and autoreturn is active - so standing up while underway would have caused your boat to be returned to you.
Boat is no-mod, but - comes with a retexturing system so you can apply your own personal look. Any prim of the boat can be retextured, and it even comes with 4 different "looks" built-in from the factory.
Other cool details are e.g. the working folding-screw, working animated anchor, deployable fenders for docking and a WALK-IN cabin, fully loaded with furniture and even a bathroom. No extra rezzing is needed, no attachments needed to be worn, no HUD's needed for sailing. Everything is ready to go as you rez the 32prim boat!

very nice....but....
First this...chapeau Mr. Loon....you did a wonderfull job. Your boats ( I own the Loonetta as well) have an incredible high detail. They sail very easy. Everyone can sail this boats...
But as a SL sailor I prefer the more realistic sailing SL boats.
Nevertheless...a great boat for the fun sailor ! worth every Linden dollar...

Absolutely amazing!
Having several of MLCC's bikes - the best riding bikes in SL - I've been looking at buying the Oceanic. Not being a boat person, I was not sure if I would like it. Am I glad I bought it! It sails amazing, is easy, and all I can say is I wish Loon's bikes transitioned SIMs as easy as this! I only know I am crossing a sim when the video clicks back a frame or two and continues seamlessly! The only thing I would like is a better manual as I cannot figure out how to raise the flag!

I am enjoying Sailing the Blake sea with absolutely no lag and Great Detail Motor Loon knows what he is doing. I love everything about the boat and I love how you can anchor or moor on any sim. Everyone I allow to drive my boat has purchased one and if that don't tell you to buy it your absolutely out of your mind. Smoothest sailing in game. Thank you Motor Loon
A definite 5 star boat!
Like someone else posted, I too was skeptical only because I've never heard of MLCC, but I'm very glad I decided to buy this boat. A combination of incredible detail, amazing sailing characteristics, and sound set this boat apart from others. And it's only 32 prims when rezzed for sailing and mooring. Wow! I also love the seating system because I can be at sea and move around the boat without it deleting back to my inventory. And you can drop anchor anywhere. Other boats I own you have to be on your land to drop anchor. I'm very picky about my boats, and I build my own as well, so I wouldn't rate this 5 stars if it really wasn't . Great job Motor Loon!
