The Kübelwagen short for Kübelsitzwagen, meaning "bucket seat car" was a light military vehicle used by Germany during WW2 produced by Volkswagen Over 50,000 Kübelwagens were built between 1940 and 1945 It became the standard light military vehicle for the Wehrmacht throughout WW2 the Kübelwagen was used in a number of roles some of these roles included Reconnaissance/Command car/Light cargo transport and Evan a Radio car (with equipment in rear seat area)
