works in 'no rez' areas but not:
- if the 'target' is just sitting or
- if the target uses a 'no-push-script' or
- if you and the target are in a 'no script' area!
- All force abilities work best on flat prim land and smooth non-prim land. Uneven non-prim land will hamper a force ability's effectiveness. in that case try to support the pusher by some 'move' (arrow) key taps...
