Some gains, some losses
My initial review praised these much, if noting an odd, glaringly empty patch on the underside. I was pleasantly surprised to see this morning that an update came in for existing buyers. And they still come with the old version for people like me that honestly prefer it. For a V2, this feels like an odd downgrade. Thankfully the soft thighs are not an absolute requirement if you don't mind a little clipping, in case you'd rather not turn your L$400 purchase into a L$1,000 one.
It's good to see support for other leg types, and a uv change is definitely understandable given the mesh change (which looks much better now!). The new textures feel like a downgrade though, losing the bump maps, the pattern in the fabric texture, and the glitter layer which was rather pretty. I'll also admit that, as someone who uses the 'big' size for the Canidae legs, I'm saddened to see it not being supported anymore.Ce la vie.
