The [MM] Fire Lance is a simple weapon made for LLCS (default damage) combat. It features three barrels that can be reloaded via an included gesture and fired in sequence.
Each of the three barrels can be loaded with one of three different ammo types via a simple HUD. Ammo types include a simple explosive shell, a shotgun type blast, and a poison-emitting shell.
Pressing the crouch key allows for a melee attack.
The weapon and HUD are included with Mod/Copy permissions, while the contents of both are included with Copy only. The reload gesture is full perm, so it can be rebound as needed.

Not too fancy, but inexpensive
The model is pretty good, animations are passable and the bullet effects are good. Only complaints are that the muzzle flash could be a bit better, and I would have much preferred a version that is copyable but non transferrable.
