MM Smooth Leather Boots

I was looking for a smooth boot with plain lines. This seemed to be pretty close to what I wanted. Unfortunately, the boots as delivered were unwearable due to a defect, and one of the colors was missing (silver). Marymac owner appeared to want to help, but hasn't been inworld in months since our original exchange of information about what needed to be done. She also seemed to think I had purchased only the black boots, but clearly the product as listed under "contents" includes multiple colors. Anyway, I understand people have RLs, and sometimes can't provide the level of service they would like to. But this is a case of "if it sounds too good to be true, it might be." Also FYI the boots are TRANSFER ONLY, not copy only as the product picture suggests.
