The hat cannot be made smaller and is much too big for a regular sized avatar. If you do have a larger avatar though, it is very nice.

THIS IS A GREAT HAT
It has a musical one and a snowflakes one and a normal one. It is the best hat I have bought this week, I would recommend it beacuse it is awesome.
