This product has been designed to bring a much wider option for sim builders. with over 67 components provided in this kit, you can build uncountable variations of warehouse. Most particularly this kit is designed with a 5 metre height upto the roof edge. This is to allow a ground floor only modular warehouse option.
The sole purpose of this warehouse kit is totally up to you as the builder, create single units coming in as low as only 4 land impact once linked together that cover a 18Mx26M area. Or a massive sprawling warehouse complex of unlimited floor space by linking the units together. Utilise as much of the provided extras to add as little or as much extra detailing to your build as you wish.
