Poor Service
I recently purchased this product and it is satisfactory. I can not say the same about the service from this vendor. I sent a message asking for help, but the vendor didn't bother to reply. A reply, even if she could not help, would have been appreciated. It seems customer service is not important to this vendor and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
