[M.R.] Full Object Spin Control Script Version 1

This script is something that I use all the time. I like to see things spin and move in world! It creates movement and action and sometimes captures someones eye when you want! Use this in your signs or make a fan turn a wheel spin or a planet rotate. Anything you can imagine... that should spin.
Disclaimer you cannot drop this on other avatars and watch them spin until they are dizzy ;)
