The collar is great has lots od commands.
But in making the purchase I made a mistake.
Notified the owner of the store and she responded in minutes.
She also made a house call to assist when I was to dumb and could not get collar to work.
I would recommend the collar and praise the service.
I have made purchased from other merchants and been like I got your money. Now its your problem.
