MSM Restraints - Prison Restraint Control System (PRCS)
The PRCS provides a restraining system that can be easily used by a number of guards on a number of prisoners. Its goal is not to provide hundreds of functions, but to let even unexperiened guards handle the restraints of many prisoners as easy as possible.
This product solves the most important problems when having to handle a bigger amount of restraints by a number of persons:
- RealRestraints provide great functionality but are complicated to handle with more than one guard. The realkey of the RealRestraints makes it possible, but practise shows, that a guard needs some knowledge of the RealRestraints before he can work with it properly. And even then it is time-consuming and not workable with a larger amout of prisoners at the same time.
- The prisoner has to bring its own restraints because the RealRestraints are not copiable for free of course.
- There are also other brands out there in SL. This makes the work of the guards even more complicated. Nobody is supposed know how to handle all types of cuffs.
The PRCS is the solution:
- It provides unlimited free handcuffs and legirons, that can only be used inside the providing prison. So the prisoner don't have to bring its own.
- If a prisoner wants to use its own RealRestraints, then the PRCS provides a free script that makes the RRs compatible with the PRCS. The prison authority can let the prisoner choose if he/she wants to use own RRs or get free cuffs from the prison. No longer a mix of different brands inside the prison.
- The PRCS does the verification if a person (a guard) is allowed to operate the restraints of a prisoner fully automated. It also handles the exchange of the key of RRs. In fact a guard does not even notice that there is a key for the restraints.
- The PRCS provides a very easy to use HUD for the guards to control the restraints of all prisoners nearby. It doesnt matter if the prisoner has the MSM cuffs or the RR cuffs. The HUD operates both in the same way. Furthermore the Cuffs react on chat-commands providing maximum flexibility in usage.

Great system and was built before its time.
I haven't used it in 10 years, but when I did I had great experiences and made some friends along the way that have come and gone.
To the point, I see that the previous ratings have bad reviews regarding the keystore which is not copy. From my trial and error, I bought it twice, and what I noticed is that if you have the keystore in your sim and you end up having the keystore among other prims in multiple bundles placed back in your inventory, rather it was unpaid rent do to real life issues or just by user error...
*I recommend anyone who uses this system to keep in mind of the keystore not being copy and if they are moving their sims around...move this single prim by itself into your inventory before you do massive removals to save yourself time. Those who have bought this and complained about this in their previous reviews...they still have it I am sure...they just have to do the tedious task of opening up every prim in their lost folder and find it through area search...Its a hassle I promise. But they still have it. I know bc I learned this the hard way.
I just came back to this store in curiosity of anything new in the prison life for sci-fi. A little disappointed in that since but not surprised.

Be prepared to pay for it multiple times
The system itself is fine, it does the job. However as has been said on here before, the keystore can quite easily go missing and as it can't be redelivered (even after contacting the owner) you will have to pay for it again which, at its current price, is going to get very expensive very quickly.

Yes it is easy set up & I fully can say get it if you can , however is a shame its not redeliverable if lost as most things are , good luck with that
Great item, some difficulties to be aware of.
We bought this and our staff absolutely love it. However the keystone? I think its called, went missing and we were unable to recover it. Contacted the owner who said we would have to purchase an entire new one. Not very happy with having to rebuy this product just for one part of the product. Most likely not going to purchase from this seller again but do purchase the item just be very careful because parts can go missing and you will have to buy the system all over again.
