MSM Prisoner Belt
Thank you for your interest in the Prisoner Belt. It adds extra security when using handcuffs by restraining the arms to the sides of the prisoners body. It also comes with many build in options such as a multi-mode timer and a leash (incl. leash-anywhere function and chaingang-function).
The Prisoner Belt is an addon for the MSM Police handucffs from the following packages:

How to use the Prisoner Belt?
The Prisoner Belt is an addon for the MSM Police Handcuffs but is operated separately and has its own menu and functions. Wear it at the stomach and resize it if neccessary.
How to set a custom text on front?
The text on the front of the belt can be set individually on each belt. Anyone who has access to the belt can set its text. Go to the main menu of the belt (by clicking it or by using a chat command) and click "Set text".
Now type /888 <any text you want>
...and this text immediately appears on the front side of the belt. The belt displays up to 30 characters.
Lock/Unlock
The belt is operated separately from the handcuffs and therefore it can be locked/unlocked separately from the handcuffs. To make things easier, the belt locks itslef automatically if the handcuffs are locked and the belt was unlocked at that moment. The keyholder of the belt will be the person who locked the handcuffs.
Does the Prisoner Belt also work with other MSM cuffs?
Yes, technically the belt will also work together with the ropecuffs, chaincuffs and metalcuffs, but when unlocked it will still show the police handcuffs connected to it at both sides.
Menu control:
Click the belt. If the keys are available or you are the keyholder, you will see a menu of the belt on your screen.
Choose "lock" to lock the belt. When using RLV, the belt becomes non-detacheable.
Choose "unlock" to unlock the belt. When using RLV, the belt is now detacheable.
Chat commands:
The belt can be controlled by chat commands. If you are the keyholder of a restraint, you no longer have to click on it, you also can type
/777 <name_of_sub>, belt,<command>
to reach the menu of the belt or execute a command.
<name_of_sub> is the name of your sub or at least the first two letters of your sub or the initials of your sub
<command> is the text of the button in the menu you want to execute. Leave empty to get the main menu
Some examples:
/777 xy,belt -> opens the main menu
/777 xy,belt,lock -> locks it
/777 xy,belt,unlock -> unlocks it
/777 xy,belt,leash -> opens the leash menu
/777 xy,belt,timer -> opens the timer menu

The belt is equipped with several additional features:
Leash:
If the belt is locked, the keyholder can apply a leash. A leash can be used for 3 purposes:
- leashing the wearer to the keyholder
- chaining the wearer to an object (Post)
- leahsing the wearer to another sub (Chaingang)
Choose the length of the chain between 1 meter and 20 meters. The wearer cannot move any further than this distance from the endpoint of the chain.
"Leash On": applies a leash from the sub to the keyholder. (Take a leash handle in your hand to make the leash end at the handle. if you dont wear a handle, the chain ends in your avatars body)
"Leash Off": removes a leash
"Yank": The sub is pulled hardly to the endpoint of the chain once
"Post": Click to post the chain to an object. The leash-anywhere function of the handcuffs lists you all scripted objects near the sub. Choose the object you want to chain the sub to.
"Chaingang": Click to build a chaingang of several subs. Choose the other sub, the current sub should be chained to, from the menu. (If the target avatar wears a MSM restraint or a MSM leash handle, the chain ends at this restraint. If not, the chain ends in the avatars body)
The MSM Leash Handle...
... is only needed to make the leash end at a defined point on the keyholder. Without it, the chain ends inside the keyholders avatar. Go to the setup menu and take a leashhandle. Wear the leashhandle in your hand, then apply a leash. The chain now ends at the leash handle in your hand.
Timer:
If the belt is locked, the keyholder can set a timer. After the timer runs out, the belt unlocks automatically. Choose between real time, online time and mouselook time and add as much time as you want. As soon as you add time, the timer starts. In real-time mode, the timer counts down continuesly. In online-time mode, the timer only counts down if the sub is online. In mouselook-mode, the timer only counts down when the sub is in mouselook.
To reset a timer, press "timer reset". Unlocking the handcuffs also resets the timer.
Setup:
The setup menu provides several setup options:
"Keyholder / Group / Anyone": Set up the permissions (see below: Key modes)
"visible / invisible": Set the belt to visible or invisible when not locked

Nice addition
A nice addition for the police cuffs with a good look. adjustment is a bit difficult but that is normal for such items since avatars have so many different shapes.

I don't know why someone gave this a drive-by one star review. Yes, it isn't a piece by piece modify, but it works well with both the "selfie" and prison guard Huds. Best used, as described, with police restraints, as when inactive, it shows police style handcuffs attached to the belt, but automatically adjusts chains to all handcuff positions, and makes a handy leash point. Nice add on to MSM cuff sets. Only complaint is the supplied custom marking letting is way too small.
