I wish you had more houses. I love this one so much, I need a whole neighborhood! It's cute, roomy and low prim

GOOD: Very few impact primes, nice, detailed house

BAD: Pieces in unit set, textures with map, one side of edit for several points, doors without lock, house quite small.

OBSERVATIONS: The house itself is great, a light and pleasant creation, if you are looking for a traditional house but with a current design, this is good, the bad part is that the house is quite small, a typical avatar of SL of 2 meters this goes To be terrible for him, if you use avatar standard size RL, 1,70 approx, then this will be something better ... another problem is when you are going to edit windows for example, use only one face for all, the windows do not open, The doors all work, but they don't have a built-in lock, so anyone can open them ... for everything else, it's a nice house with mod options, so some of the problems can solve it, for its price, I think that is worth trying. n_n

This right here is the type of material that should be on marketplace, not the junk that's here. This house shows how to properly do mesh and texturing so it all flows together and looks professional. Need more stuff like this on here.

This is a lovely home, I can't believe I only found it just now after it having been out for years. It's perfect. A bit small at first but can be resized. :D

The interior is complete with sliding doors and swinging doors. The house can be presented in two ways, either long or wide on the lot. The porch lights work! Sadly, the exterior doors don't lock, but that can be dealt with. I've been living in mine for over four years in Bay City without a complaint.
This will work in either a modern western city or a Japanese city, no problems. All in all, a superb build.(P.S. the bath is tiled!)
