Okay, I own like 45 houses and such -- this has the EASIEST rezz system, by far!

And it actually looks nicer than the picture.

The two side walls have no windows, so you can build right up to the property line, if you want to.

HIGHLY recommended for New Players -- there's a simple instructions Notecard too.

This is a lovely home just as it is I also resized it and changed the roof to create a nice sized loft bedroom and have a bathroom on the ground it's still only 10 prim/10 impact great home/prim and price thank you very much :)

So one of the things I like to do on SL is try out shops I have never seen before. To so so, it helps when things are low cost. Still when something is 100L$ you sort of take a risk, and press the buy button. I like houses, the price of this one was affordable so I thought I'd take a risk. Well let me say its very well made. The rooms are reasonable sized, the build itself is very nice and at 6 land impact you really can't go wrong even for the smallest of plots in SL. I recommend this maker to anyone looking to buy their first SL home. Its well worth five times the asking price.
