The leather collars and mainly made for the TWI wolf and fox so they can fit other avatars with the same type of neck (however they are mod).
There are two setups with collars, one for the wolf and one for the fox just so you dont need to set em up by yourself. (clever eeeh?, maby not but it makes your life easier)
