This pack includes 8 color options of both wearable and standard rez chairs.
The rez version seats one avatar and includes a general number of sit options, as well as sits for the toilet itself.
For the wearable version, you may need to turn off or remove your AO and adjust your hover height so that you are not sunk too far into or floating too far above the ground.
For both chair versions you can click on the fridge or 'oven' doors on the chair to open or close them.
The colors included are black, black leather, brown, brown leather burgundy, plaid, white, and yellow.
Land impact is 13 for the rez version, but may increase if the item is resized.

Neat Chair
Was actually looking for a mini fridge for my RV Camper addon for the Paladin and came across this. Got a toilet, mini fridge, oven and toaster all in one convenient small package. Perfect for a small space like an RV camper. Only thing I changed about it was I made a seat cushion that flips up and down to cover the toilet when not used as one.
