This item is unrigged. Right click and select add and by default should attach to the pelvis. The position will need to be adjusted using edit - move to suit your body shape and line up with the belt loops of your jeans or whatever you want to hook it onto.
Or rez it in your home next to the front door so you never forget to take your keys when you leave the house!
