Nice, just not really want I was hoping for.

First off, let me say I've purchased a number of Madville textures and loved them all. They are always carefully crafted, high quality and nicely detailed. This set is also nice and definitely adds some beauty to structures. My problem with it is that you can't be too creative with this set. It doesn't work well with other textures and it feels like there are limitations built in. However, again, it looks nice and realistic and maybe another builder can make more of it than I could.
