Magc Particle Glowsticks - Passion [v2.1] Version 2.1

These glowsticks/magic effects cycle at random through different shades of colors. They have ribbon particles and two other particle effects (smoke and burst trail). Each effect is stackable through the HUD.

Arctic: Icy and Aquatic Blues
Enchanted: Forest and Meadowed Greens
Prism: All the Colors of the Rainbow
Passion: Mesmerizing Purples and Pinks
Wildfire: Fiery Reds and Oranges

Glowsticks are now mesh
Added an additional trailing particle effect
Now color changes incrementally, allowing for more natural shifts through colors
Slightly tweaked existing particles to be even more visually appealing

Added HUD:
- Mesh glowsticks can be hidden/shown directly
- Each particle effect can be individually toggled on/off
