This was right up my alley, and something I love wearing.
Response time from the owner was super quick (under a minute of me first reaching out to her) with a issue that was 100% my fault (which was I had bought the wrong size as I have the large Alicorn) yet still gave the offer to correct my mistake. Even took the time (and patience needed) to help me get my head around the different shapes and Alicons. Will be shopping from this store more often for both this account and my main (or should I say mane).
