a little mailbox, with an SMTP client. It converts notecoards to an email, and sends it to your given (in the script) address (which you must include in the script for a correct setup, but it is not difficult).
Since people cannot inspect others scripts, your address stays pretty hidden.
This is more a less just a toy, since you can receive offline IMs via the Linden services anyway - but a nice one ;)

The other 2 reviews says it all! Super easy to set up and it just works! You get the email within a few seconds after the notecard has been dropped into the box. This is a great solution for a suggestion box. With most suggestion boxes you have to deal with all the notecards that's been dropped, while with this thing there are no stored notecards whatsoever.

This mailbox is fantastic! Works exactly as stated. You edit the script and enter your RL email address. It's right at the top of the script so you don't need to search for it. Anyone can drop in a Notecard and it's sent to your email immediately. IT WORKS. The thing is mod/copy so you can put the script in a different object if you prefer. Thanks to the builder for this great tool!
