The Mainland 512 house is a house designed for mainland 512m parcels. It features a super low land impact of 10 and an assortment of texture options. The house is fully made out of mesh and features a unique style. The house has 2 rooms a smaller back room that could be used for a bedroom or entrance and a larger 2 story room. The house also features an outside deck, useful if your parcel is surrounded by stuff and you cannot use the side door. The house is custom UV mapped and requires special textures to be used but comes with a number of styles.

This really is a fantastic build - you get lots of value both in price and LI. Lots of texture-change options give lots of great options for customization and all the textures are really well done. I love the shape of the house - it's so much more interesting than you would think you could get for 10LI and the spaces inside are lovely. Fantastic job - can't wait to see more!

By far this is the best house I have bought for my small land.I love the texture changing and low prim count.Its a nice mix of 2 levels with a deck.I like that the deck is on the 2nd floor which gives me a little more height to see the water on my parcel.I really love this.

Small but roomy. PLENTY of space inside, it's like it's BIGGER on the inside. Awesomely low prim count. If you can top this build I'd be pleasantly surprised. Excellent job guys, looking forward to next build. Would buy in a heartbeat. Maybe a larger home if you can keep the prims down like you have here, you are gods. THANK YOU! :D
Awesome House!
This house is well worth the price. I was pleased to find out it is exactly as described in the advertisement. It seems big because there are 2 levels in the home, and a nice sized balcony. There are texture change options for every wall and for the roof and floor too. It fits perfectly in a 512m lot, and there are plenty of prims left over for your furniture! No security, lighting or radio system, but still well worth it.
