The nicest and kindest builder I have ever met, especially with a perfect stranger like me to him .. and the building is easily modifiable and surely sooner or later I will buy another build that I have seen that I have fallen in love with.

A very overdue review. Apologies.
I love this. So unusual. It can work as a shop, a gallery, a bunker type scifi habitat. It is retexturable and mod. Also low impact for something this size. I feel bad for not leaving a review before.
The outer shell is a good distance from the interior so it can be 'built in' to the land and then retextured. I've recently had to give up my full sim for a Homestead for financial reasons and have been a little gutted. Just fitting this into the new landscape ( which is being textured as a alien landscape ) has cheered me up. It looks the business.
Snap it up if you want something unconventional but surprisingly versatile.
