Map Rental System

Map rental system for Private sim Owners Only!
Low prim, 2 for the map table, and one prim each for the parcels you own.

With these following features:

*Sim map is updated once a day.
* Keeps track of weekly rental for you so you don't have to.
* No prim is required on your renters parcel. Just needed on the map table.
* Automatically adds one weeks rent after the renter buys the parcel. (Just set buy price for parcel to one weeks rent)
* Sets itself up as soon as someone purchases your rental parcel for the first weeks tier.
* Sends a terminal information note card to new renters.
* Sends a reminder to the renter at one day left, one half day left , one hour left , and if the rent expires.
* Sends you a im at one hour and should a tier expire. So you can possibly IM the renter.
* Allows the renter to check parcel status. Prim counts, number of prims remaining.
* Allows renter to pay 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks tier.
* Resets itself if you take back a parcel.
* Allows you to pay a weekly tier for someone should you need to.
* Allows you to not let a renter pay a tier should you need the land or need that renter out.
* Allows you to set up existing renters via a note card.
* Allows you to check the prim status of any parcel.
* No additional Rental system required!
