The house has a footprint of 14x7, but with the verandah and water feature, it is 14x17. The walls are 5m high. It has large windows and double sliding doors.
Mari House is 98 land impact. With the landscaping, it is 102 land impact. I have added rezzers to the houses with and without the landscaping.
The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. You see 'no mod' because of the script inside the build.
Furnitures are not included.
