This 16m x 16m little home is an ideal newbie or starter home, whether on the ground or as a skybox. At just a 17-prim land impact it will leave even the basic 512m plot with 100 prims spare for furnishing.
It features a simple click-to-open front door, click-to-change windows (the blinds will open and close on clicking), an animated waterfall texture window, a cosy fire, a verandah/landing area, and a second floor.
The whole thing is packed with Builder's Buddy scripts (notecard included showing you how to unpack it) and the second floor and fireplace can be removed if you wish.
PLEASE NOTE: The actual prim count of this house is 25, but thanks to convex hull prim physics settings it will only take up 17 prims on your parcel!
