This is a single mesh attachment based on the Samsung smart phones. You can make calls grid wide to other online phone users using either their mobile number or by selecting their name from a contacts list.
The phone communicates using the chat channel (or a private channel) with the other party and may be flipped between speaker/earpiece modes.
When in a call just chat normally to be heard by the other party. If either/both ends are on speaker then those around may be heard & hear the conversation.

Animations make use of Bento hand movements to give a more realistic appearance.

To operate. Wear the attachment in the right hand & click the phone or touch the inventory copy. for the menu.

Phone faces are modifiable but some faces are affected when it is operated (see below)

Menu commands
--------------------

Switch On - switches the phone on and connects to the network (may take 20-30 secs if not on Cariad)

Switch Off - hangs up & switches phone off

Call Person - delivers a list of those connected or recently connected to the network to make a call

Call Number - allows calling a mobile smart phone using the phone number (numbers are uniquely generated for an avatar based upon their UUID)

Enter Manually - allows entering a phone number or name in reasonably free format (i.e. names not case sensitive, numbers may have spaces etc). For example "mars" would call me if there was no one with with a similar name in the database.

Hang Up - terminates a call

Speaker/Earpiece - toggles between public Speaker mode and using the earpiece for private conversations.
Note: Don't use speaker at both ends of a call when close to one another (like with real phones you get feedback).

Mute/Unmute - disable chat listening so the other party cannot hear you. Note you can still use the private channel when muted.

Answer Auto/Answer Prompt - Toggles auto-answering of incoming calls

Accept call/Reject All - on a separate dialog for answering incoming calls (or not). If just ignored or cancelled they time out after a while anyway. Cancel stops the Ring.

Send Text - Opens texting channel for messages preceded by your phone number (not name)
Format of texts /4 nnnnn:message
where nnnnn is the phone number

End Text - closes texting channel

Light On/Light Off - switch on or off the torch light

Wave phone - useful at rock concerts (toggles & only when light is on)

Put Away - hangs up & detaches the phone (wearing again automatically reconnects to the network)

Refresh - Updates your contact list & refreshes appearance. Not usually necessary but its there just in case.

Modifications to phone appearance
------------------------------------------

The phone is mod but the script does change some faces during use - these are marked "*"

0*- Display (texture is built into script)
1 - Sides
2 - Back
3 - Glass front
4 - Camera lenses
5 - Camera/Lamp surrounds & side switches
6*- Lamp
7*- Glow effect of display

On the default phone the textures make use of PBR

Animations may be replaced. Note some use priority 6 for finger and arm movements so may defeat cuffs etc. Names should be obvious what they do.

Scripts are all necessary except the Temp Attach which if you see it may be deleted. Resetting scripts is ok and the phone comes up in the Switched Off state.

If the phone is rezzed in world then it can still be operated
