MaryJane's Whimsical Tree House is built on a 40x40 base and is 112 land impact.
It has a wooden cabin on the tree and open decks around the tree. Morning glory vines creep up to the roof of the cabin and cheerful fairy flowers make border around the plot. In a corner at the back of the plot is a small cascading pond with swimming goldfishes. Sunbeams steak through the leaves of the tree. Fireflies dances all over the plot.
You can even turn this into a skybox.
It is partial mesh, copy, mod and no transfer. This house is unfurnished.
