I must admit, that this home was built with the men in mind- ensuring not to utilize any girly frills or pinky prims. These edges are clean, the decor is neutral and the themes are classic. I am sure the woman in your life will spice it up some, but I'm equally sure you'll be happy with this addition to your collection.

It's mainly a huge outdated prim eater.
L$259 is about the right price....maybe even a less by L$100
The sits in the Vanity chair needs to be looked into. Sit4 the animation will twist and turn your avatar in every direction. It's funny to watch. LSD Sit. Switching from Sit6 to Sit7 the avatar makes a funny head jerk. The bedroom rugs are floating off the floor. There isn't any way to fix those unless they are changed out with something else.
Only one blind works in the bedroom. The so-called curtains don't even look like curtains, only striped tints that don't even fit the windows. The computer chairs have that same wacky animation as Sit4 in the vanity chair. Everything gutted out and freshened up with new current day mesh items will make this a cool place.
I managed to lower the house's prim count down to only 31 by changing the prims to convex hull. I took a lot out reducing it down to a bare minimum without ruining the feel of it.
It's fun to modify it, I don't mind. Something to do. All I need to buy is bedroom, living room bathroom and patio furniture. It will not be anywhere near 700 prims total when all is said and done.

Creative Decay, I adore you. I'm slowly getting into renting out properties and I look no where else for the homes I want to offer to potential renters.
The detail and love put into her builds is plain for all to see.
If she could build these homes in the RL world well, she would stun..really. I can't say enough good things as Evhalyn is the most talented builder I know of, in SL.
