MayLou Blades - Novacinder

A fiery blade, both representing emotional engagement and excess in combat.

Once produced in greater numbers in the fiery forges of Delestra during the time of the queen of the worlds, the numbers of Novacinders are now very reduced, partially because the knowledge of creating these blades quickly has been lost. But the creation of these blades also has been throttled because they are intended for swordsmasters following the path of emotional engagement, since that is what Novacinder represents. Thus, like its mirror twin Starfrost it has a become a symbol.
It serves are fiery reminder for the advantages of a passionate fighting style, but also a warning of the dangers of an uncontrolled bezerklike rage.
