This is just one of many, many builds I've purchased from this creator. Sadly, I don't have the land to display them all, but they're the only buildings in use on my commercial lot. I'm addicted and grateful that you've shared your creations.
Good but...
Well, as all Maya's buildings are being sold for really cheap price, they are definitely worth every linden. But the prefab details could be aligned better, they are far from ideal. Fortunately the buildings are mod and you can fix this and even adjust a building significantly. They need some job to make them perfect though.
The textures are mostly good and in general all Maya's buildings are very nice.
Very nice But.
Very nice textures.. Very realistic looking... Especially garden... Very nice again ..except back side.. How it would be wonderful it to have windows at the back facade ... Now it has only one side usage .. Still I loved it .. Maybe creator release another version :))
