Gorgeous building
I love this building. It is absolutely beautiful & well worth the money. I am turning mine into my home. I just have to figure out how to add windows & doors to the sides & back lol...
My review
Looks like a house and not a store so I bought it. The second floor will need to be developed if you want rooms which will add to the prims. For prims I counted:
300 Li with fence
219 Li without fence and
200 Li if you remove all the 3 prim lamps, desk setup, and a flower in the window.
Lovely if your not prim restricted and the price you cannot beat it :)

Exactly what I've been looking for. Turned it into a home by adding some walls and doors upstairs. Can't believe it's only 50L. The pictures don't really do it justice.

I have to say I got this to use for my studio had one small thing that I had to have fix and she went out of her way to fix it for me one of the best ladies to deal with I will buy more from her any ting

With all the extras its 214 Land Impact (Prims). Not very good. What uses most is the fence, which is 75 on its own... which is crazy high. So that's why the price is probably so low for this place. Still a nice building though.
