Perfect Build, Missleading Publicity
The store is beautiful even tho its still a bit high prim for me, that said, you get what you pay for. Only thing i would like to make note of is that the set up showned in the pictures with a central Plaza and the stores surrounding is in fact 92Li x4 plus 17Li from the central plaza making a grand total of 385Li
Beautiful Shop, beautiful CS.
I wanted one of her shops to start my in-world locale... but I had very strict measurements.
Unlike another certain non-English speaker creator that couldn't speak english, but spoke well enough to tell me to shove it and spare her the pain to answer my question (that was "how many faces have your mesh asked in a very gentle manner), Maya took time to help me seek for the perfect shop to fit that strip of land, showed me some of her choosing and mine, and even suggested some modifications. I was pleasantly surprised by her friendliness and by the fact that she didn't put the language barrier in the way as an excuse to treat well her customer.
And she has a great sense of humor, too!!
THAT is something to be proud of, beautiful.

I have a few buildings from this creator now and I have to say am very pleased with the details and the fact that I can modify. I would have easily paid 500 for this, 50 is way too cheap! Very well done.
