Mayas - Fantasy Cascading Pond - Animations,Sound

Everything looks nice and not much ground impact, it adds a mystical and relaxing essence to the place where it is placed, it has good LOD and good textures, it is modifiable, so if you want to move or add something it will not be a problem at all, the price It's really low compared to other similar ones on the market.

My only possible complaint is that if someone else sits when you're sitting on this, it will automatically put on couple animations and join you with the first person to sit down without asking for permission, you can't use individual seats if someone else sits, so it is only useful for couples if there is more than one person sitting in the pond.

All of Maya's Items are top quality and well made. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I will always post about Maya's products! I think I have bought everything she has made, and her prices omg the best! you could build a whole sim with her items.

I literally just purchased the pond and had to leave a review. I was looking for the Fantasy Pond and couldn't find it in-world. I sent a notecard asking if it was still available for showing and was sent a TP as soon as I saw it I was in love and made my purchase! It is so pretty and peaceful. I love the birds flowing and tweeting overhead and the water. It's perfect! I bought this and Maya's LOVE Island so I can switch them out depending on what I'm feeling for that day.

I bought this and my group cant use the items attached to the pond? So the poses dont work as they should.
