When you're using animations don't forget to clean table decorations or adjust it to current animations.

Table decorations can be set, even if you're not using animations. Just click on the table [Not clicking on the tablecloth ]

What a bargain! I have many houses, worth thousands of lindens, but currently living in this.
A good example what creating in mesh can do! A good thing is that its not linked, so after rezzing you can throw out the things you dont want. You can have it as a shell and fill it with your own things, but some of the things included are nice.
