This particular retail building is exactly what I needed for my current project. The size is perfect but the wall space was the deciding factor. I love stores with rooms and sections and this store allows for that. The best part is that the first and second floors flow well together - no awkward angles or doorways. This store isn't very prim heavy really and really you are getting QUITE a bargain for the price! Excellent job!
