Medical bed mesh full permission

While the bed is meticulously made and beautifully sculpted, at over twenty prims a copy it kind of defeats the purpose of using meshes. The number of meshes used for standard prim shapes is also a puzzler, and why the creator felt that each wheel needed two separate tire layers I have no clue at all. The upside to having so many prims is that you can modify the piece easily and take quite a few of them out. I have it down to 10 thus far, at the cost of the headboard, footboard, and wheels.
