In this package we included the Medieval One-room House - design that can be used in your role play sim or even as a small store building. It has the following features:
1. Elegant high detailed and precisely textured construction;
2. Wooden doors with smooth swing and metal hardware (they are conveniently linked to the build);
3. Torches with time activated flames;
This product is copy and mod version, so you can have as many as you wish and re-texture it to fit your needs. Please keep in mind when resizing any mesh objects, the land impact value may change. Always keep a copy of the original in case something goes wrong while editing the product. If you are experienced builder you can even use components of it to create a larger custom project for yourself. Play with it have fun! The scripts are no modifiable but you can replace them with your own if you wish. In the roof design we used sculpted prims so we thought it would be good to include a special note "How to make your sculpties look better"

I saw this building in world and really liked it, searched in marketplace and found it here. Of course the 1st thing I checked was the negative review someone posted for the item. I still wanted to buy it though, since the mod option was not all that important to me in this case. I was very much surprised (and happy) to find out the building is exactly as advertised: MOD, COPY, NO TRANSFER. And also as advertised in the description, if someone cares to read before buying: "The scripts are no modifiable but you can replace them with your own if you wish." You really would not want to replace the torch scripts at all, but i did replace the door scripts with a lockable door script, just because i wanted to play with the option. And also rez another copy I took it apart, used components to make an addition to this build. I even did some retexturing on the indoor walls. IT IS TOTALLY MODIFIABLE, despite the bad review above.
I am only hoping this awesome product didn't lose a lot of good buyers due to the unfair review, made by someone who does not understand SL basic building process and the ability to select linked prims and mesh object faces to modify them.
