This is in effect a one storey build but has a small space on the second floor if you want to use it. (Teleporter not included)
The shop is 142 prims but comes with many extras to play with these amount to 44 prims which can be removed if you want a smaller prim count.
Lights turn on /off with a touch as does the steam from the stove.
The house has one large room for your furniture if you want to also live there and is suitable for all areas of Second Life - the choice is yours.
