Great price and great tree
Starts off really tall and 25LI, but can be scaled down to 7LI at about 2.5m tall. Really good prim count for the size, great price, great detail. Can't go wrong.

This tree is absolutely perfect for my needs. It looks great, and I was able to resize it to fit my cabin. And you can't beat the price!

The best for combined look and value
I have bought 2 of these, and I am very pleased. It rez high in Li, but after I sized it down to fit in a Linden Home, it was 13 Li and double as big as another pretty tree I had, that was 16 Li.
So good looks, unbeatable value and relatively low land impact.
Of course you can get lower land impact trees, but in my opinion, they do not look so good. They are a solution when the Li left for decoration is really low.
The modify permissions allowed me to select the small lights and edit color to natural white. I am not a fan of pink and yellow lights.
