No good low prim mesh clouds were found while landscaping & decorating, here is one I made.
The mesh cloud does not have a texture, as this is deemed unnecessary. There is a material and emissive mask in the newest version you buy here. Includes both a big, low land impact version (only 1LI) & a smaller high detail (13LI) version - seen in last two pictures - which you can use freely for decoration and building (mod/copy/trans), yet only transfer this item as part of a bigger project or scripted product, etc. (do not resell as a direct copy/gacha).
