Awful, horrible.
Ok so it is mesh yes, but it is little more than a textured cube. The window and the ridges are just done in texture, not 3D. I see no advantage to this over a prim door. The texture has just been applied overall, not selectively on the faces, and you can see a squashed version of the front texture on the edges too. It is also ridiculously thin too. Fixable but it just shows how this must have been thrown together in a hurry.
Poor quality
The texture on the door is ok. However, the script is the freebie from inworld that has been around some time and doesn't include the rest of the scripts for it so you get an error everytime letting you know that you don't have the other scripts included.
