Looks good but could be even better
This is a good clean pipe mesh. I can live with the land impact, but unfortunately I can't include it in any of my marketable builds as it's set to no transfer (although it does say this). And I'd love to have had the texture used so I can customise it.

7 prims at a very small size .. enlarge it prim count increase .. add that to the description..
