An adorable motel for your sim - beach or town! Covered outdoor walkways surround a great swimming pool. Cola and ice is readily available. Two rooms are "open" to let you see the quality of this establishment. The motel office is ready to help!
Two archways lead to the back of the build so you can add a parking lot (not included). Build is phantom, all you need to do is add some invisible prims to be able to walk the walkways.
