I am not inclined to give low ratings however, i am not able to use all the functions of this studio because Mr. Footman has not contacted me on my issue. I like to have things working and on a venture such as this one, one looks at previous ratings and responses (or should) before a purchase. I am not all that impressed at the moment. Service is severely lacking. I want to get to business and such delays in service is a delay in my venture.
